The following services are available here at your library:

“New” COLOR COPY MACHINE – will enlarge or shrink size of document.

Three sizes of paper: Letter 8 1/2″ x 11″, Legal 8 1/2″ X 14″ or Ledger 11″ X 17″.

LAMINATING MACHINE – any size paper or poster board up to 27″ wide.

FAX MACHINE

CD & DVD DISC CLEANING MACHINE

*COMPUTERS for Internet or creating documents (5 computers available). Wireless access available.

*TYPEWRITER

*PICK-UP & DELIVERY OF LIBRARY MATERIALS TO HOME BOUND INDIVIDUALS, NURSING HOME RESIDENTS, WHEATVIEW APARTMENT & CEDAR COURT RESIDENTS & NESS COUNTY JAIL.

*TALKING BOOKS for seeing or physically impaired. Machine and tapes sent directly to your address.

*INTERLIBRARY LOAN – if we don’t have the book, we will try and find it for you.

*FEDERAL INCOME TAX FORMS (sorry Kansas no longer provides paper forms)

*SRS COMMUNITY ACCESS POINT – forms available

*GRANT WRITING RESOURCES – provides entities and individuals with free public access to grantmaker directories, books on fundraising and nonprofit management, and the Foundation Center’s electronic databases. This is in partnership with Ness County Economic Development Office. For further information call (785)798-4864 and ask for Dale.

PROGRAMS:

Lap-Sit Story Time (birth to four-years old) meets on the 2nd & 4th Thurs.

Story Time for four to kindergarden age children meets for six weeks in the spring and fall. Watch for dates & times on home page.

Summer Reading for all ages. Dates and times set at a later date.

Wichita Children’s Theatre sponsored by the library for school age children held in October of each year.
